Withdrawal of Your Consent
Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. An informal notification by e-mail is sufficient. The legality of processing carried out prior to withdrawal remains unaffected.
Right to Object (Art. 21 GDPR)
If the processing of your data is based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data. This also applies to profiling based on these provisions.
If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
If your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to such processing. This also applies to profiling related to direct marketing. Once you object, your data will no longer be used for these purposes.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
In the event of a breach of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in your country of residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract in a commonly used, machine-readable format. Where technically feasible, you also have the right to request direct transfer to another controller.
SSL/TLS Encryption

If encryption is activated, data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

You have the right, within the limits of applicable law, to obtain information about your stored personal data, its origin, recipients, and the purpose of processing. You may also request rectification or erasure of your data at any time.
Right to Restriction of Processing
You have the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data under the following circumstances:
- If you contest the accuracy of your data, for the period required to verify it
- If processing is unlawful and you request restriction instead of erasure
- If we no longer need the data but you require it for legal claims
- If you have objected pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR and a balancing of interests is pending
Where processing has been restricted, such data may only be processed—with the exception of storage—with your consent or for legal claims or public interest reasons.
Objection to Unsolicited Advertising Emails
The use of contact details published in the legal notice for sending unsolicited advertising is prohibited. We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited promotional materials, such as spam emails.
