the hostess was founded in 2022 in the heart of Bielefeld's old town, because our model agency could no longer accommodate every client request and our personal ambition is to always offer all our clients the best possible service. With us, you benefit from more than 8 years of experience in the trade fair and event industry, but we do not rest on that! Our team continuously develops further in order to expand our service and our expertise even more, whether through coaching, internal training of our staff or visits to trade fairs throughout Germany.

Our personal service and our unique database of more than 4,500 talents set us apart from other staffing service providers. But we stand for much more than just staff placement and service. Fast and transparent communication comes first with us, so that we are in constant exchange with our clients and our talents too. With us, you do not book a pig in a poke.

As we operate as a young and well coordinated team, we are able to carry out all kinds of projects professionally.
