1. How much do I earn per hour at The Hostess?

Fair and transparent pay is a key part of our philosophy at The Hostess. We know that our promoters play an important role in the success of our campaigns. They interact directly with customers, represent brands on a professional level, and help ensure that promotion events, POS promotions, and walking acts are a success.

That is why we place great importance on making sure your work is financially valued as well. At The Hostess, you generally earn no less than €20 per hour. This is a minimum rate and may increase further depending on the type of assignment, the individual requirements, and the specific tasks involved.

Our goal is to reward committed and qualified promoters fairly, because you are the face of our promotion agency and make a significant contribution to the success of our campaigns.

2. How will my payment be made?

Your assignments can be settled in two different ways:

Option 1: Short-term employment

If you are paid through short-term employment, payment will be made on the 15th of the following month, provided that we have received all of your completed documents.

Option 2: Payment via freelance invoice

If you work on a self-employed basis, we require your invoice as well as the relevant timesheets. These will be forwarded to the respective end client. The payment term is usually 30 days, although earlier payment may be possible.

3. How can I edit my profile?

You can update your profile yourself at any time. Simply log in to your The Models account. There, you can:

  • Upload additional photos
  • Add references
  • Adjust your preferred locations
  • Update your personal information

A complete and up-to-date profile increases your chances of being considered for exciting promotion jobs.

4. How do I receive job offers?

As soon as there is a suitable assignment for you, we will send you a job request by email.

This email contains two buttons:

  • “Available” – With one click, you confirm your interest in the job.
  • “Not available” – If you cannot take part, you can decline the request.

This quick and simple feedback helps us plan assignments efficiently.

5. Am I required to accept every job request?

No, you decide for yourself whether you want to accept a job request. There is no obligation to confirm every assignment.

However, the more often you are available, the more job requests you are likely to receive in the future. High availability improves your chances of getting regular assignments and exciting projects.
